Protected media, notes, metadata, and keys stay on-device.
SENVRA / PRIVACY POLICY
Privacy, stated plainly.
Your vault stays on-device. This policy covers that boundary, system permissions, and browser Support.
Camera, microphone, Face ID, motion, and Photos are optional.
Email and message text leave your device only when submitted.
What this policy covers
This policy applies to Senvra for iOS and iPadOS, its public website, and Support. "Senvra," "we," and "us" mean their operator.
Core app functions require neither an account nor a hosted cloud vault. Optional browser Support is separate and described below.
Data handled on your device
Senvra processes content you create, capture, or import for local storage and display. This may include:
- Photos, Live Photos, video, audio, files, PDFs, and notes.
- Titles, tags, collections, favorites, and organization metadata.
- Space settings, appearance, activity records, integrity results, and preferences.
- Password-derived material, device-bound keys, recovery material, and optional biometric bindings.
- Existing imported metadata, including capture or location data.
Stored in app or shared containers, or Keychain, as required. Vault operation does not send it to Senvra servers.
Senvra never receives vault passwords or private-space recovery material. If both are lost, Senvra cannot recover them.
Permissions are tied to features
Senvra asks only when a chosen feature needs access. Revoke it in iOS Settings; the feature may stop working.
Apple may process iCloud Photos, file-provider content, biometric authentication, and backups under its terms. Senvra does not control those services.
Data you choose to send
Support is optional and runs in your system browser, outside the vault workflow.
- Your reply email address.
- Feedback type, title, description, and later replies.
- Optional app, build, platform, OS, and device context.
- Conversation IDs, status, timestamps, and replies.
- Vault media, notes, files, or thumbnails.
- Passwords, recovery material, or encryption keys.
- Complete vault diagnostics or activity history.
- Advertising identifiers or analytics profiles.
App-started Support briefly puts your email in the handoff URL, then removes it from the address bar. Browser and hosting infrastructure may still process the initial URL. To avoid this, open Support directly and enter your email.
The page keeps email and conversation credentials in tab-scoped session storage. The plaintext credential never enters the URL; the service stores only its SHA-256 hash.
Never paste passwords, recovery material, access keys, private media, or other secrets.
No advertising or behavior profile
The public site uses no third-party ads, behavior analytics, session recording, or cross-site tracking. Support uses session storage for its active identity and credentials.
Cloudflare and other hosting or security providers may process IP addresses and request metadata to deliver pages and prevent abuse. Senvra does not use it for ad profiles or cross-company tracking.
Why Support data is processed
We use information submitted to Support to:
- Process, investigate, and answer your request.
- Maintain the conversation and its status.
- Diagnose issues and improve reliability.
- Prevent abuse and protect the service.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Access is limited to authorized support operators and service providers. We may disclose it when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in a safeguarded business transfer.
Different data has different lifetimes
- Vault data
- Stays on-device until you delete the item or space, or remove the app. Backups, exports, Recently Deleted, and file providers may follow separate retention controlled by you or Apple.
- Local preferences and keys
- Stay in app or shared containers, UserDefaults, or Keychain as needed. Some Keychain data may survive uninstall under iOS behavior.
- Browser session data
- Support email and credentials in sessionStorage last for the current tab and clear when its session ends, subject to browser behavior.
- Support records
- Stay while needed to handle requests, protect service integrity, resolve disputes, or meet legal duties. Deletion requests remain subject to legal and security retention.
Controls and boundaries
Senvra uses platform controls, iOS Data Protection, authenticated encryption, limited entitlements, privacy shields, and restricted Support credentials. Website responses use transport security and restrictive headers.
No system is completely secure. Device compromise, known passwords, unlocked content, exports, a compromised browser, or Support submissions can fall outside Senvra's boundary. Senvra has not completed an independent security audit.
Access, correction, and deletion
You can control your information by:
- Choosing what content to create, import, export, or delete.
- Revoking optional permissions in iOS Settings.
- Deleting spaces or removing the app from your device.
- Clearing the browser session used for Support.
- Asking us to access, correct, or delete Support data linked to your email, subject to law.
Rights vary by jurisdiction and may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and complaint. We may verify identity before acting.
Children's privacy
Support is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child submitted it.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as Senvra, Support, legal duties, or providers change. The date and version above identify the current text. Material changes receive notice where required.
Privacy requests
For privacy questions or Support data requests, email [email protected] or open Support and label it a privacy matter. Never include passwords, recovery material, access keys, or private media.
